Registration

From online registration to onsite registration, we can build out your entire system for a convenient and seamless process including a custom branded and very attractive webpage. This is important to keep building your CRM and ensures that all participant data is in one location for your easy access and no loss of data.

 

Runner Tracking

Engage your athletes and spectators through runner tracking/athlete updates. By signing up for this, one receives a notice when their runner is crossing any timing split and almost immediately upon crossing the finish line with their time and rankings.

Dynamic Bib Check-In

Dynamic bib assignment allows us to assign the next available number, gone are the lines to look up your bib number, just to stand in another line to pick up your bib. Most importantly, this provides the ability of never having to shut down online registration. Your participants can register on their phone as they’re driving to your event.

 

Custom Race App

Go the extra mile and let’s create a custom race day app, downloadable on both IOS and Android devices. The race apps we build out are completely integrated with online registration and live results. In addition to reg. and results, there are many opportunities with the app, such as course map, expo layout, sponsorship marketing, and athlete notifications to mention a few.

Live Results

We’re able to provide results live and in real time. We provide you with a link to a customized online results page where results and the leader board populate as runners cross any timing locations as well as the finish line. Athletes can also check their results at our result kiosks immediately after crossing the finish line.

 

Follow Up

Inquiries – we handle all inquiries about times, discrepancies, or questions.   The emails are answered within 24 hour and all inquiries are resolved. Often times it’s as simple as they entered the wrong age or gender during registration, but whatever it is, we’ll promptly take care of it.
